Neat.

September 18th, 2006 (03:56 am)
current song: Helena - Nickel Creek

barry_barry gave me a lanyard with a card on it to get 31 songs from the
Austin City Limits Festival for free, downloaded right into my iTunes.

He came by Opal's tonight after he left the Fest--confetti from THE FLAMING LIPS
tucked into his map of the weekend........He was still grinning.

*wheee!*

I did it--all by myself.
(on a MAC, darling, that is hardly all by yourself...)

Thanks Bear--I needed some new tunes.

^_^

coon

At the shoot. Wow. Worlds of cool revolve around you, Ginger.

Now about that Mac comment: you're not a Windows elitist, are you? Because I just loathe this whole Coke vs. Pepsi thing about computers. I'd like to know programming, but I don't. I like the Mac interface. I'm sure programmers would like to be able to be paid to tour the world, be physically coordinated, or be noticed by women, while still possessing the ability to learn practically anything they'd set their minds to. But guess what? I'm a clown and they're programmers.

It still doesn't change the fact that the electoral system is antiquated and should be dismantled for a simple popular vote system.

Oop. I got defensive there, didn't I?

I'll just go back to reading Shadows of the Empire.

*LAUGHING*

I just love my MAC because it makes sense to me...
And Coke, well hell...EVERYONE knows it is better than Pepsi!

If I drank soda much anymore, my cola of choice would be Coke. Squirt would rule the roost, though.
