As I Crawl in for the night.......

Reminder for the Locals--today is the last chance to vote.
8th of November.
Transportation and Environment are on the ticket...

But you know what I'm on about.
Prop 2.

Vote it down.

Let Texas, Be Big.

Plenty of Room.
Room for us All.

I just came from a Wedding I could believe in.
That's rare.
Marriage seems ridiculous to me...
Not something I want for myself.

But it was difficult for my Friends to marry.
Laws stood between them.
Crimson tape.

She wasn't from the right part of the be allowed to marry
her Love, in His part of the World.

This same tape, winds between other Friends of mine...
But there is no Visa that they can wait for.

Texans are HANDS OFF folk...
This amendment does not sound very Texas.

"The constitutional amendment providing that marriage in this state consists
only of the union of one man and one woman
and prohibiting this state or a political subdivision of this state
from creating or recognizing any legal status identical or similar to marriage."

Go Vote.

Not THIS Texan.

With a measure to outlaw gay marriage passing easily, Texas on Tuesday became the 19th U.S. state to make the ban part of its constitution.

I feel sick.
