Mad Curious! ^_^

September 20th, 2007 (01:17 pm)

I received a package today in the mail at my folk's house in Waxahachie...
The return address is Japanese?! No name, no card.

Inside was an Unazukin,
and two boxes of "Green Tea Bath" with instructions in Hongul and Kanji...
but not eigo!

*laughing*

Anyone want to fess up to this delightful gift?
Tell me if I should drink my green tea or sit in it???

And what exactly my sweet little Rainbow Spice does????
as i understood the web site--i am supposed to tell her stories...
which I find unutterably charming. ^_^

Thank-You Secret Gifter!!!

That's the cutest thing i've ever seen. SO glad you seem to be bouncing back so well. And i meant to tell you that if at any point you are up to getting out and about, I live about half an hour away and would be happy to come pick you up and take you out. I know i'm a random stranger, 'n' all, but Carrie would vouch for me. :)

I'm not really getting out and about too much just yet, but i would LOVE to meet you,
hurray Company!!!

I am getting a bit stir crazy, as it hurts to read or do much of anything in a well lit room--maybe you could come over for coffee or lunch or something?

A visit is totally do-able, too. Just let me know when and where. :)

bunny tea

That's so cute! I think you should tell her stories, and then tell them to us once you've got them straight in your head ;)

My brain is so rattled, I can't keep a thought in my head for more than a few minutes, I forget what I'm talking about sometimes...it's frustrating.

Maybe my little Fairy will help!

I was under the impression my critical information would be on the receipt.

The green tea bath was manufactured for the purpose of bathing, but you may do with it what you wish.

Unazukin is a small fairy who is actually a good listener, and reminiscent of Russian nesting doll, with 50s era pop-art looks. The voice activated doll actually reacts to your voice, nodding and shaking her head whenever appropriate. Battery powered (the battery is included -- make sure to remove the protective slip first) with on off switch, the cute two inch high doll has four different movements, shaking head back and forth once or twice; and nodding once or twice.

They say the Unazukin has mystical therapeutic properties, and is always an excellent conversationalist. I'm too crazy to do this job myself, so I sent her to fill in for at least a little while.

Achieved

Mom and Pop want to thank you for the EXCELLENT Toll Road suggestion--we made killer time, but forever on the toll road will be referred to as AIDS AVENUE by my Family.

Yup--you have coined a Stevensism.
